An e-mail with a download link to your product is being generated. The credit card authentication process can take from 15 minutes to one full day, after which your download link will be immediately released. This delay is made necessary by the unfortunate level of credit card fraud on the internet. We appreciate your patience as we work to protect your credit card information.
If you paid by e-check: This eCheck payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from your account, which usually takes 4 business days. This item will not be shipped until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account. Therefore, you will only receive a download link after the e-check has cleared.
You will have a total of three download attempts. On the fourth attempt you will be locked out. This is purely for security and accountability reasons. Under normal circumstances you should be able to download your product on the first attempt. We do realize that due to unforeseen server problems you may require more than three attempts to download your product.
In the event that you are locked out or do not receive you download link within 24hrs [ Note: Some ISP's in an effort to combat SPAM, are blocking legitimate email too! Please note that all successful and unsuccessful downloads are appropriately recorded in our database. IF YOU PURCHASED A CD - Please note that your Templates will be shipped out to you within the next three business days, via USPS [ United States Postal Service ]. A tracking number will be assigned to your package and we will issue notification of the shipment to you via email.
